YouTube’s move to hide dislike counter discourages trolls but will affect user decision: Creator

YouTube has officially announced that it will stop showing the number of dislikes on all videos on its site. The count will be hidden from public view, but content creators can access it through their YouTube Studio dashboard.

The company says the development is an effort to promote the well-being of content creators. We spoke to YouTubers to know their reaction to the update.
