How to make Beetroot Tikki:
You will need to prepare the ingredients first. Grate the beetroot, mash the tofu and prepare a ginger-garlic paste. In a bowl add grated beetroot, mashed tofu, ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder and mango powder and mix well. Make round shaped kebabs from the mixture, place an almond in the center of the kebabs. Wrap raw kebabs in crushed oats. Fry the kebabs lightly till golden brown.
