Poco X4 series launch may happen next year

The launch timeline of the Poco X4 series has been tipped online. Poco X4 and Poco X4 Pro are slated to launch in India along with other markets, though it is also speculated that the Chinese company will bring Poco X4 NFC and Poco X4 GT to some markets. The new Poco X4 model is expected to debut globally next year. The phones may arrive as a successor to the Poco X3 lineup that was introduced with the Poco X3 last year and expanded with the Poco X3 Pro, Poco X3 GT and Poco X3 NFC.

In association with tipster Mukul Sharma, 91mobiles has reported the launch timeline of the Poco X4 series. The vanilla Poco X4 is said to launch in India in the first quarter of 2022. It will be the successor to the Poco X3 which was launched in the country in September last year.

Along with Poco X4, Poco X4 Pro is said to be working for the Indian market. Although the exact launch schedule has not been disclosed yet.

Poco plans to launch Poco X4 NFC in global markets in the first quarter. Poco X4 NFC testing has reportedly begun in European regions. However, information about the phone has not been revealed yet.

Both Poco X4 and Poco X4 NFC were reportedly spotted on the IMEI database earlier this week. Notably, the Poco X4 is believed to be a rebranded Redmi Note 11 Pro that was launched in China last month.

Poco X4 GT is also in the works. It may not launch in India – like the Poco X3 GT which debuted in Malaysia in July but did not hit the Indian market.

The tipster also claimed that the Poco X4 GT is in development for some global markets.
