To make this recipe, take paneer and mash it with a potato masher, then add all the dry spices mentioned in the ingredients list. Keep aside for marination.
Meanwhile, heat a grill pan, add this mixture and fry on both the sides till grill marks appear on both the sides. Remove and keep aside for 5-8 minutes.
Then make chapatis out of wheat flour, cook well, spread mayonnaise on the bread and then add the paneer mixture. Roll it out and serve!
