Guru Nanak Jayanti 2021: How To Make Langarwali Dal Llangerwali Dal Recipe:

Take a mixture of urad and chana dal and put in a pressure cooker along with crushed ginger garlic, dry spices and bay leaves. Cook for 3-4 whistles. Heat oil, add finely chopped onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and chilli and make tempering. Add pressure cooked lentils to the tempering and let it boil for at least 10 minutes. Once everything is well mixed and mashed, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
