In this recipe, first, we will see how to make a simple dough and then make delicious potato stuffing for parathas! How to make Dhaba Style Aloo Paratha | Recipe for Dhaba-Style Aloo Paratha:

First of all, take a bowl and add wheat flour, gram flour, ghee and salt in it. Then gradually add water to it and knead the dough. After this, take boiled potatoes for filling and mash them in a bowl. Add ginger, green chili, green coriander, fennel, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, musk methi and asafoetida. Now mix all the things well. Lastly add salt. Now make balls of this potato mixture.

Take a portion of the prepared dough and flatten it and put potato mixture in the middle. Close it and roll it again in the shape of a paratha. Now cook it with ghee on the pan. Once done, add a spoonful of butter on top and enjoy!
