Craving Chicken? Make Delicious, Fiery Korean Chicken Wings (Recipe Inside)

Well, it doesn’t just end with the entertainment genre. Nowadays people are getting inclined towards Korean cuisine too! As Saransh likes to call it “Easy Spicy Fried Korean Chicken Wings”, he has surely given us a delicious recipe that is drool-worthy!

Now let’s have a look at the recipe.

Component:

1) Chicken Wings – 2 lbs (900 g) separated or drumsticks

2) Salt – 2 tbsp (6 g)

3) Grated ginger – 1 tbsp (8 g)

4) Freshly ground black pepper

5) Oil – 2 tbsp

6) Potato starch or cornflour – 1 cup (165 grams)

To make the sauce, you will need:

1) Gochujang – cup (85 grams)

2) Ketchup – 3 tbsp (45 g)

3) Dark soy sauce – 2 tbsp (30 g)

4) Honey – 2 tbsp (42 g)

5) Brown sugar – 1 tbsp (15 g)

6) grated garlic – 4 cloves

7) Rice Vinegar – 1.5 tbsp (24 g)

Process for making Korean Chicken Wings:

1) First, marinate the chicken wings and apply cornflour on them.

2) Double fry the coated chicken wings. First of all fry them on medium flame for 10 minutes and then on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

3) Now, prepare the sauce using gochujang, dark soy sauce and brown sugar. Now you can taste it and see if it is balanced or not. Add garlic and cook the sauce for 5 minutes.

4) Mix this sauce with the fried chicken wings prepared by you earlier and Korean chicken wings are ready.

This isn’t the first time that Saransh Goila has tried her hand at Korean cuisine. Earlier, he had shared Korean style ramen recipe which was worth trying. In the caption, he said, “While there is no classic Korean ramen recipe, this is my version of ramen (the way I like it). You can also try it with pork, seafood or other vegetables.”

For this, first prepare a stock of oil, ginger garlic, mushrooms and leek for ramen. Take two chicken legs, seal them from both the sides and add peppercorns and star anise and water. Leave them for about an hour. Now you can remove the chicken and debone them. Make a spicy paste with smoky paprika, fish sauce, chili flakes, rice vinegar, gochujang and miso. Now add this paste to the stock prepared by you. Now put the noodles in the stock and cook for some time. Top your ramen with the chicken.
