The couple, who were together for the past 11 years, wore beautiful and personalized Sabyasachi ensembles on their big day – they got married in an intimate ceremony at The Oberoi Sukhvilas Spa Resort in Chandigarh on Monday. Patralekha’s wedding dress was special in many ways – it was embroidered in red but ISaree and an embroidered veil inscribed with a Bengali poem written and dedicated by Sabyasachi for the adorable couple. The verse reads: “Aamar Poran Bhaura Bhalobasha Aami Tomaye Shomorpone Korilam,” which translates to: “I give you my soul full of love.” Not so, the actress, who comes from a Bengali family, rocked her look for the big day with “22k gold uncut diamonds” Complete with Handmade Heritage Jewellery, Pearls & Emeralds,” also by Sabyasachi, one of the top choice for wedding outfits of celebs.

On Monday evening, Rajkummar Rao and Patralekha rocked the internet by announcing their wedding on Instagram. Sharing breathtaking pictures from his and the actress’ wedding, Rajkummar wrote: “Finally after 11 years of love, romance, friendship and fun, I am today married to everything my soul mate, my best friend, my Family. There is no greater happiness for me than to be called your husband Patralekha. Here forever .. and beyond.”

The couple got engaged on Saturday at The Oberoi Sukhvilas Spa Resort in Chandigarh in the presence of family and close friends.
