Aloo Roti Kebab Recipe is a vegetarian Peshawari kebab made with ground mutton or chicken. As the name suggests, this chapli kebab is made from chopped boiled potatoes with several aromatic spices. To make this recipe, take a large bowl, add chopped boiled potatoes and some dry ingredients to it. Then add green chilies, chopped onions, coriander, mint leaves and bread crumbs.

Make a flat round shape (like tikkis) by mixing all the ingredients together. Lastly, heat oil in a pan and place these kebabs on the pan and cook the kebabs till they turn golden-brown from both the sides.

Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings on the side.
