Put desi ghee in a heavy bottomed pan and fry cumin, ginger and some whole spices. Add other ingredients at a time and keep stirring so that it does not stick to the bottom. Add boiling water and cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Garnish with desi ghee and chopped coriander leaves and enjoy simple quick meals.
